The game against Petersham was played on Friday night under lights at Drummoyne Oval. Drummoyne got off to a good start with Luke Giles scoring in the corner after some well worked play. Luke, then kicked a penalty goal to give Drummoyne an 8 point lead. Next came the highlight of the night with big lock Robert Hahn sprinting 70 metres to score a long range try.

However Petersham hit back with a try and penalty goal with the score being 13-10 at the half. The Dirty Reds defence stood strong in the second half, only allowing one penalty to be scored while scoring two well worked team tries to Zach and Shaun Dixon.
